Noodle Dynasty

It’s a funny story about how we discovered the Noodle Dynasty. One day, I was searching for Noodle or Chinese restaurants in Google Maps. The Noodle Dynasty popped up. One of the review was caught my eyes, which said that noodle was too long and chewy, it needs scissors to cut them. ‘Damn, that’s exactly the kind of handmade noodles we have been looking for in US.’ I immediately told my husband that we needed to make a trip to Beaverton. After our first visit, we went back again and again. We love that handmade long, flavorful and chewy texture noodles. Our friends also liked it after we recommended. Plus, they have two big round tables, perfect for family or groups to enjoy a great meal together.

Incredible food! We got the Beef Noodle Soup and Spicy Pork Stir Fry, it came out very quickly and was absolutely delicious. Noodles are as good as they claim, and the soup broth is my favorite bone broth I’ve had! Service was fast and attentive.

Second time here and wow! Still amazing! Everything was made in house and it tastes fresh! Anytime we are in Beaverton I think about going here.

Delicious food! Fast service. Sizeable portions. Big menu. Recommend the hand pulled braided beef noodle soup, hand pulled spicy chicken noodles, and green beans. Was not a fan of the soup dumplings. Would come back to try their other soups!

We went here on a Friday night to celebrate my birthday. We ordered a ton of food and it was all delicious. (Not pictured were the amazing sesame balls!) The staff was pleasant, the food came quick, and it was delicious, hand pulled noodles. They absolutely delivered. And the portions were huge— plenty of leftovers. Can’t wait to return. Wishing them all the success!

Tried this place out this weekend and it blew us away! The staff is very friendly and they walked us through how to order with the QR code menu. The food was so incredibly good. Full of flavor and incredibly fresh. The hand made noodles are honestly the best I have ever had! We will be back to try out more of the menu! UPDATE: We went back … and it was equally as good as the first time we went!

Loved basically everything we got! Very authentic lanzhou beef noodle soup—perfect noodles and soup broth. Tastes exactly like the ones I had in Taiwan and China. Also loved the taro buns, green beans, thick noodles with chicken, Chinese hamburger, and cucumber salad. One of the best cucumber salads I’ve had at a Chinese restaurant. Everything came out super fast too! And the servers took great care of us. I didn’t think the soup dumplings were very soupy. I wouldn’t order them again. I also didn’t love the meat in them. The beef fried rice had could texture, but it wasn’t salty enough, and a little flavorless. The beef scallion pancake was liked by most everyone in the group, but I thought it was too sweet and not very true to others I’ve tried in Asia. Otherwise I think it was a fantastic choice, and would definitely come back!

Freshly Made hand pulled noodles. Absolutely delicious and just what I needed. Portions are generous, service is great and wait for the food wasn't too bad considering it's HAND PULLED and made to order. I ordered the lanzhao hand pulled beef noodle soup with wide flat noodles... No spice. Flavor was good but I may try mild spicy next time. This will be my go to place should I ever have another craving for some soup noodles
